Once you accept our quote, we send out our tow truck at a scheduled time. Our driver handles the paperwork, pays you on the spot, and hauls your car to our processing facility in South Canterbury.
Step 2: Vehicle Inspection & Fluid Drainage
The first step is to drain all hazardous fluids from the vehicle, including:

Brake and transmission fluids

Coolant

Petrol or diesel

Aircon refrigerants
These are safely stored and disposed of according to NZ environmental guidelines.
Step 3: Parts Salvage and Resale
Next, we carefully dismantle the vehicle and remove any usable or valuable parts, such as:

Engines and gearboxes

Batteries, radiators, and alternators

Doors, mirrors, and panels

Wheels, tyres, lights, and more
These parts are cleaned, tested, and sold to Timaru mechanics or vehicle owners at affordable prices.
Step 4: Crushing and Metal Recycling
After salvaging parts, the remaining shell is crushed and sent for shredding. Metals like steel, copper, and aluminium are sorted and recycled for use in manufacturing and construction.
Step 5: Final Waste Disposal
Plastics, rubber, and glass are recycled wherever possible. What can’t be reused is disposed of responsibly to minimise environmental impact.
